Solana Company (NASDAQ:HSDT) has announced the successful completion of a registered direct offering, raising approximately $8 million in gross proceeds. The company sold 3,076,922 shares of Class A common stock at $2.60 per share, a premium over its current trading price of $2.16. Mirae Asset led the offering, with participation from Hashkey Capital.
