Solana ETFs Record Strongest Weekly Inflows of 2026

Solana ETFs Achieve Year’s Highest Inflows

Institutional investors have significantly increased their positions in Solana ETFs, with over $51 million in inflows recorded within three days. This marks the strongest weekly inflow since December 2025, signalling renewed confidence in Solana despite a cooling crypto market.

Resilience Amid Market Volatility

The assets under management (AUM) for Solana ETFs have returned to $1 billion, matching levels last seen in January. Despite a challenging environment, including DeFi hacks totalling $634 million in April, Solana ETFs have reported positive inflows every month in 2026.

Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart, speaking at Solana Accelerate in Miami, highlighted the steadfastness of Solana ETF investors, describing them as having "diamond hands" for their commitment during market downturns.

Crypto Markets Face Uncertainty

After a strong start to May, Bitcoin’s price surge was followed by a market pullback, erasing $100 billion from the total crypto market cap. Data from Coinglass indicates that over $540 million in long positions were liquidated during the sharp reversal on 12–13 May.

Despite this volatility, Solana ecosystem tokens such as JUP and JTO have shown notable gains, each rising by 8.7% over the past week. Recent announcements, including Jupiter’s $200 million USDe lending vault and Jito’s upcoming trading platform, have contributed to this optimism.

Memecoin Activity Boosts Solana DEX Volume

Solana’s memecoin sector has seen a resurgence, with established tokens like TROLL increasing by 167% in the past week. Memecoins now represent 24% of daily decentralised exchange (DEX) volume on Solana, surpassing intra-stablecoin swaps.

Pumpfun has led all Solana DEXs in daily volume, temporarily claiming the top spot with 19% of all spot trading. This trend highlights the ongoing diversification and activity within the Solana ecosystem.

  • Solana ETFs see highest inflows since 2025
  • Institutional investors remain active despite volatility
